VICTOR J. MALDONADO

VICTOR J. MALDONADO, 51, of Imlay City, passed away with his family by his side on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Hurley Hospital. Victor was born May 30, 1960, in San Antonio, Texas. Victor was a graduate of Imlay City High School.

Victor was a hardworking man and loved working with people. He touched many hearts and lives. Victor loved his family and friends. Victor was a believer in God and led many people to a relationship with Jesus Christ. Victor will be missed by so many, but we rejoice in the knowledge that he is with God.

He is survived by his father, Pedro G. (Sue) Maldonado; mother, Yolanda Jimenez; sisters, Herlinda (Harold) Barisso, Margaret (Tracy) Stern, Vicki (Ron) Robson, Jesusita (Mike) Brinker; brothers, Pedro Jr. (Chris) Maldonado, Bailio Maldonado, Eliseo Maldonado, Michael Maldonado and partner Mike Harden; nieces and nephews, Melissa and Aaron Cochrill, Julia and Rob Reynolds, Marvin and Shannon Burns, Michelle Lodge, Christopher Lodge, Mitchell Stern, Tray Ray Stern, Chad Robson, Nathan Robson, Victoria Robson, Trisha Maldonado, Anthony Maldonado, Peter (Nikki)Maldonado Jr., Amber Bowen, Grant Brinker; great nieces and nephews, Natalie and Lydia Cochrill, Sophia Burns, Ava Lyn Maldonado, Jacob and Zoe Maldonado, Dylan Scott, Hailee Stern, Rex Reynolds; and many friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Francisco Jimenez.

A memorial celebration was held Sunday, Decemeber 18, 2011 at the Lapeer Community Church in Attica. Pastor Rodney Sanderson-Smith and Pastor Paul Eberhard officiated.
