DEVONA BRADLEY
DeVona grew up in the North Branch area. On February 20, 1945 she married Ivan Bradley. They were happily married for almost 67 years. Se enjoyed playing bingo, sewing, and visiting her friends and family. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ivan; daughter, Kathy (Richard) Curtis of North Branch; sons, Alan (Denise) Bradley of Denver, Ivan (Pam) Bradley of Prescott, Kevin (Donna) Bradley of North Carolina; sister, Maxine Garwolds of Wyoming, MI; and brother, Arthur “Butch” (Allona) Podvin of North Branch; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Lapeer County EMS/North Branch Base. The family will be present for visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2012 from 4-8pm. DeVona will lie in state at SS. Peter and Paul from 10-11am with the funeral Mass to follow on Friday, February 17, 2012. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, North Branch. Father Richard Treml will officiate.
