FLINT - Having earned the District H title at the National Junior College Athletic Association championship tournament with a 1-0 win over Macomb last Friday, the Mott Community College softball team keeps racking up the accolades.

The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass provided not much drama on hole No 18. One Matt Kuchar went to the 18th tee box with a two-shot lead and closed the deal. The possible drama ended when Matt answered Rickie Fowler's 20-foot birdie putt on the par three 17th with a birdie putt on 16 of his own from 15-feet.
